CONFLICT MANAGEMENT & WORKPLACE NEGATIVITY

The focus of this seminar/workshop is to isolate and identify areas of conflict and develop strategies to minimize their negative effects on the workplace. 

When team members harbor a negative overall viewpoint of their workplace, it results in slow or no business growth, good people leaving and general disharmony among the staff. 

This training will demonstrate a framework of concepts that are designed to alleviate the tension within the team by addressing the most common areas of discord. 

Methods for improved communication will be introduced in a role-play exercise that demonstrates the techniques presented during the training workshop.

  • Gain insight into the damaging effects of negativity within your place of business.

  • Learn the skills required to build strong teams and interpersonal relationships.

  • Identify the dangerous signs of toxic attitudes, negative behaviors and disgruntled team members.

  • Master the techniques used to conduct mediation and accomplish resolution.

  • Redefine the parameters of acceptable behavior within your workplace!

This workshop is conducted using a multi-media, PowerPoint presentation.  Attendees receive a complete handout as well as a laminated summary card for handy future reference and retention of the training techniques.
