As a self-made entrepreneur, I have amassed over twenty five years of self employment and business management experience. Serving as the owner and operator of several businesses has enabled me to identify the attitudes that result in successful employees and satisfied customers. The empirical knowledge acquired from each industry has inspired me to develop uniquely effective training programs, motivational seminars, staff development training workshops and  small business presentations.

I am a native of New York City, where I obtained a variety of career experiences within corporate America, as well as sales, real estate, administration and banking. My next headquarters was San Diego, California, where I acquired additional knowledge in construction services, catering, manufacturing and human resources. In 1989 I settled in the beautiful city of Fayetteville, North Carolina, a diverse community with an impressive vision for excellence.

The emphasis of my training programs is to motivate people to seek career fulfillment while encouraging them to raise their personal bar of excellence. The diverse influences of east and west coast workplace disciplines are blended into seminars boasting exemplary approval ratings; often the presentations are customized to meet the specific needs of the client.

At Fayetteville Technical Community College I currently serve as a Seminar Speaker, Motivational Training Instructor and Small Business Consultant. In September of 2001, I was honored with the Outstanding Instructor Award for the Business Services Division of the college.

Lisbeth Anne Designs & Consulting is also an award-winning home-based artisan's studio specializing in custom designed, handcrafted fabric products to include banners and flags.  I design and produce a line of fashion jewelry and provide accredited Beaded & Wire Jewelry Classes in beaded jewelry design and fabrication.
